Ben’s arrest followed a fugitive warrant, likely linked to controversial and threatening emails he sent to a judge while representing himself in court. Armstrong had mentioned the warrant on X a few days prior to his arrest.

A video circulating on X shows someone, believed to be Armstrong, being taken into custody after a dispute at Popeyes, though some in the crypto community have questioned if it’s him.
Not The First Time
The reason for Ben’s arrest on March 25th remains unclear. As a crypto influencer known for his YouTube channel ‘BitBoy Crypto’, Armstrong faced legal issues before.
In fact, he was previously arrested in Georgia in September 2023 following a heated confrontation over a Lamborghini. He was charged with loitering, simple assault, and found with illegal drugs and a firearm in his car.
