Web3 Fundraising: 7th – 13th April 2025

A wave of funding announcements this week saw startups raise over $150 million across sectors.

Hawk led with $56M backed by One Peak, followed by Red Cat Holdings with $30M, and Artisan with $25M from Glade Brook Capital. Outtake secured $16.5M via CRV, and ConductorAI raised $15M with support from Lux Capital.

Other notable rounds include 8Flow ($10M, Caffeinated Capital), Conduit (YC W24) ($3.1M, Pi Labs), illumicell AI ($2M), Refiberd ($300K, eBay Ventures), and Frekil (YC X25) ($500K).

The activity reflects strong investor interest in early and growth-stage startups.
