Twenty Million Agent Clicks. Zero Treasury on Robinhood.

Olas listed Robinhood as Mech Marketplace’s seventh chain. The click counters moved. The till on that street is empty.

Opening a stall on a new high street is not the same as stocking it. Olas just put Mech Marketplace on Robinhood Chain. Agents can hire each other there. The protocol’s own cash drawer on that chain — the inventory it would use to actually make a market — is $0.

As of 16 September 2026, 04:00 UTC, olas.network counts 20,585,017 on-chain agent transactions all-time. 14,662,034 of those are agent-to-agent across the seven chains where the marketplace is live: Ethereum, Gnosis, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, and now Robinhood. The seventh name is the announcement. The zero is the story.

The mechanism

Pearl is the app store: you

Operators are the people who actually keep agents running. Same snapshot: 3,717 unique operators, 2,847,872 OLAS staked (current total, not lifetime), 389 daily active agents on a seven-day average. All-time marketplace payments — what agents have actually paid each other, incl

Twenty million transactions sounds like an economy. Split it. About 14.7 million are software paying software across seven Mech chains. The rest of the all-time pile lives outside that bazaar. The counter is real. It is not a funded market on every logo in the list.

Protocol-owned liquidity is the till: coins the protocol itself parked so trading can happen. On Robinhood, as of 16 September 00:00 UTC, that till is $0. Ethereum’

The operator lesson

When a protocol adds a chain, ask two things before you clap for the logo. Are agents actually settling there? Did the till follow?

Olas answered the first by putting Robinhood in the seven and folding those clicks into the agent-to-agent total. It has not answered the second. Distribution onto a brokerage chain is a bet about where demand might sit. It is not yet a funded market-making commitment.

Pearl = owned agent. Mech = hired agent. Fee-on = the tax. Per-chain till = the balance sheet. Chain expansion without a till is a listing, not a market. No OLAS price in this piece.

s is $1,341,202 the same morning. Gnosis, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Celo, and Solana have smaller but non-zero books. Listing a seventh chain and seeding a till are different jobs. Right now Robinhood has the stall and the clicker. It does not have Olas inventory.

Three hundred eighty-nine daily actives matter more than the all-time banner. All-time only goes up. Daily tells you if anyone still showed up. $109.5k of lifetime marketplace payments against tens of millions of clicks is why the fee switch and the empty till are the underwriting questions — not the million-tx headline.

uding old contracts — sit at $109,506.97.

Robinhood Chain is why this is a distribution story. CryptoBriefing (15 September) says Olas is lining up DeFi products there: Morpho lending, perps, tokenized stocks, pointed at a retail brokerage crowd. The chain’s mainnet went live 1 July 2026 on Arbitrum tech. Read that as “where the users already are.” Do not read it as “the treasury followed.” We take activity and till numbers from olas.network. CryptoBriefing is colour on the street, not the cash count.

What the numbers mean

run an agent on your machine, and you still hold the keys. Mech is the bazaar next door — one agent pays another for a skill, on-chain. A 15% cut (AIP-5, currently on) comes out of those payments. The design is supposed to buy back and burn OLAS as the bazaar is used. That is a fee switch, not a reason to buy the token. We are here for the stall, not the ticker.
