Bloomberg’s Eric Balchunas supported the win, saying both IBIT and Vanguard’s S&P 500 ETF (VOO), which won “ETF of the Year”, broke new ground. VOO is up 89% over five years, per Google Finance.

IBIT launched in January 2024 alongside 10 other U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs. It now holds $53.77 billion in assets, trading an average of 45 million shares daily.
500x Increase
April 23’s ETF inflows topped $917 million across all 11 funds, though IBIT led the way. Meanwhile, VanEck’s HODL ETF won “Best New ETF Ticker.”
Glassnode noted inflows on April 22nd were a whopping 500x higher than 2025’s projected daily average.
