Web3 Fundraising: 26th May – 1st June 2025

CryptoWeekly is proud to announce the latest Web3 fundraising deals every week!

Acurast announced a $5.4 million venture round, backed by CoinList, setting the stage for an active week.

Shortly afterwards, Beam closed a $7 million venture round led by Castle Island Ventures, while UAE startup Asigna raised $3 million in seed funding from Hivemind Capital Partners and Tykhe Ventures. Bito, another U.S.-based firm, also secured $5.7 million in seed financing from Vela Partners.

On May 28th, 2025, Velocity made headlines with a substantial $10 million pre-seed raise from Activant Capital, signaling major ambitions early on. That same day, BlockSpaces landed a $2 million venture investment from Axiom BTC.

Cybersecurity-focused Naoris Protocol followed on May 29th with a $3 million venture round led by Mason Labs.

The largest deal of the week came from writing assistant giant Grammarly, which secured a staggering $1 billion in debt financing from General Catalyst.
