Web3 Fundraising: 2nd – 8th June 2025

LawZero emerged as the top fundraiser this week, securing $30 million in a major funding round. Close behind, AI-powered enterprise platform Sema4.ai brought in $25 million to scale its operations.

Avantis Labs, supported by Founders Fund and Pantera Capital, raised $8 million to further its development in financial technology.

Handoff, a platform focused on digital coordination tools, closed a $5.8 million round with investment from Nemetschek Group and Masco Corporation. Meanwhile, Blubird raised $2.5 million with backing from Valereum, and Variational secured $1.5 million in fresh capital.

Finally, early-stage AI startup mAI Edge also entered the funding landscape with $176,600 raised, supported by Gluon Syndicate.
