NCA, AGM Group Holdings & Coinbase
The National Cryptocurrency Association (NCA) raised $50M in from Ripple to support crypto advocacy initiatives. AGM Group Holdings secured $5.4M in Post-IPO Equity from an undisclosed investor to expand its blockchain services. Meanwhile, Coinbase obtained $8M, also in Post-IPO Equity, from ARK Investment Management to further enhance its crypto exchange platform.
Flowdesk, Flowdesk & Infrared Finance
Flowdesk raised $10.2M in Debt Financing from an undisclosed investor to scale its crypto market infrastructure. Additionally, Flowdesk secured $91.8M in Venture Funding from HV Capital to advance its trading and liquidity solutions. Lastly, Infrared Finance raised $14M in Series A Funding from Framework Ventures to develop its decentralized finance offerings.
