Juan Carlos Reyes, President of CNAD, emphasized that El Salvador is leading the way in digital assets and building international partnerships to foster innovation and ensure financial integrity globally.

Helping Others

CNAD has already established a crypto regulatory framework, earning praise from companies that have obtained its Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) license. CNAD oversees all digital assets in El Salvador, though it’s unclear if Paraguay will adopt a similar system.

Reyes highlighted CNAD’s goals to help other countries like Paraguay and Argentina establish regulated crypto industries and expand the global presence of El Salvador’s licensed crypto companies.
