Sprinter, a U.S.-based startup, announced the closure of a $5.2 million seed round led by Robot Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to accelerate product development and expand its team.

Also in the United States, ARX secured $6.1 million in seed funding from Castle Island Ventures, marking another strong early-stage investment in the crypto infrastructure space.

Meanwhile, KWARXS (stylized as KWARKS) received a $250,000 grant from Project Catalyst, aimed at advancing blockchain research and decentralized application development.

In one of the week’s largest announcements, Ripple revealed a $500 million venture round, backed by a consortium of major financial firms including Brevan Howard Asset Management, Citadel Securities, Fortress Investment Group, Galaxy Digital, Marshall Wace, and Pantera Capital. The funding underscores continued institutional interest in blockchain-based payment infrastructure.

Another U.S. firm, Cipher Mining, completed a $1.4 billion post-IPO debt financing round, led by Hivemind Capital Partners, to scale its Bitcoin mining operations and enhance its infrastructure footprint.

Outside the United States, Indian startup Zynk raised $5 million in seed funding, also from Hivemind Capital Partners, to expand its blockchain solutions for enterprise clients across Asia.
