Web3 Fundraising: 8th – 14th September 2025

This week, United Kingdom-based Web3 Files Network secured a $10,000 seed investment ahead of its official launch on September 15. The investor remains undisclosed.

Gyld Finance Ltd, also from the UK, closed a $1.5 million pre-seed round on September 9, led by Lightshift Capital, signaling strong early interest in the company’s financial technology offerings.

In the United States, Krown Network raised $400,000 in debt financing, backed by Quantum eMotion America, and closed the round on September 9th.

Brazilian startup Cacao, participating in Y Combinator, secured $500,000 in pre-seed funding on the same day, underscoring the accelerator’s continued support for Latin American innovation.

Another U.S.-based venture, Ngolamb, raised $300,000 in a pre-seed round led by FasterCapital on September 9th, as it prepares to enter the market.

Larger funding activity came from Eightco Holdings, which closed a $270 million post-IPO equity round on September 8th, with MOZAYYX as the lead investor.

Meanwhile, aerospace and logistics-focused Inversion, also based in the U.S., raised $26.5 million in seed funding led by Dragonfly.

Finally, Big Star Blockchain completed a $648,000 seed round on September 8th, though the lead investor has not been disclosed.
