Licensing Requirements

In the U.S., Nebraska has introduced a bill with transaction limits and licensing requirements for Bitcoin ATMs. Governor Jim Pillen emphasized the need for security to prevent criminal exploitation.

While no country has fully banned Bitcoin ATMs, growing regulations suggest their role in the crypto landscape may change if linked to further financial crimes.
